PETER Andre is compiling a dossier of evidence against ex-wife Jordan to support his bid for custody of his children.

The pop star, 37, claims she is an unfit mum and has video footage of her allegedly screaming obscenities.

His solicitor made a legal application to the Family Court after daughter Princess, three, was burned on her back while in Jordan`s care.

A source said: "Peter thinks she is mentally unfit to be in charge of children. He wants full custody, even if temporary, until she sorts out her car crash of a life."

Mum of three Jordan, who is divorcing second husband Alex Reid, yesterday admitted police had been in touch over Princess`s burn.

She said: "Shamefully, someone contacted the police. I have co-operated fully and provided evidence of just how minor this incident was."

The 32-year-old, real name Katie Price, says her daughter was burned by a hot towel rail.

It was claimed yesterday the custody battle is behind Jordan`s bizarre U-turn in her treatment of cross-dresser Alex, 35.

After weeks of insults, Jordan spent the weekend with Alex on a hotel break.

But a source said Jordan was desperate to keep him sweet because she fears he could scupper any custody battle by giving evidence for Peter.

She is said to fear Peter could end up not only with Princess and their son Junior, five, but also eight-year-old Harvey - her disabled son by footballer Dwight Yorke.

A spokesman for Katie said: "We know nothing about these proceedings and think this is another publicity stunt."
