"Rusneft" plans to issue package of global deposit receipts (GDR) on sum of $ 6 milliards in middle of 2006.

This is the largest floating known in London. Issue of receipts is acknowledged as the most effective way to increase capitalization of company without charge from state and audit companies` sides.

It is expected that consortium of 4 banks - ABN Amro, JP Morgan, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and Morgan Stanley - will consult "Rusneft". They granted a loan to company on sum of $7.5 milliards to pay for 10.47% of "Gasprom" stock.

"Rusneft" is sure that issue of receipts will guarantee liquidity of its stock.
