The former glamour model admits she has let her usually-strict eating regime relax since returning from a recent holiday and now she can`t get enough of the fast food eatery.

She said: "I`m not even bothered about my weight. I`ve just been on holiday and I`ve eaten like a pig. Plus, I`ve got a McDonald`s up the road from where I live. I`ll turn into a hamburger soon!

"Am I on any diet at the moment? McDonald`s! Chicken nuggets, cheese quarter-pounder meals with fries and a banana milkshake. Currys."

Katie - who is now dating Leandro Penna and has three children from previous marriages - also admitted she has stopped exercising because she has been too busy to work out or ride her beloved horses.

She told new! magazine: "I haven`t exercised for ages and I haven`t ridden my horses in six months thanks to moving house. Don`t get me wrong, I do want to start running again, but it`s finding the time to do it."
