The 24-year-old actress - who has modelled for Chanel and was recently appointed a brand ambassador for Stella McCartney - wants children when she gets older but admitted she will be disappointed if she doesn`t have daughters who will appreciate her collection of designer goods.

She joked to America`s Elle magazine: "I hope to have a few girls one day. If not girls, they better be trannies. I have some amazing shoes and bags and stories that need to be appreciated."

Blake - who is currently dating Ryan Reynolds and has previously had relationships with Leonardo DiCaprio and `Gossip Girl` co-star Penn Badgley - also insists she has only ever dated four guys and prefers to be friends with her boyfriends before they embark on a romantic relationship.

She said: "I`ve had four boyfriends in my whole life. I`ve never been with anyone that`s not a boyfriend. If I spend time with a man, it`s because I think there`s somebody that I know well who has been a friend for a while."
