"USA intends to spend $11bln to fly to the Moon, however, Russia plans - $2bln", - the chief of the Russian Space Association Nikolay Sevastyanov informed.

Russian cosmonauts will need only $2bln to go back to the Moon. The flight also includes flight around the Moon.
