New quay opened in St. Petersburg After long reconstruction Malookhotinskaya quay opens.

Thus, citizens got a hope that there will be no more traffic jams on the right side of Neva from Alexander Nevsky to Finland railway bridges.

Malookhotinskaya quay is one of the most important highways of St. Petersburg. Before reconstruction there was a part of undeveloped bank diffused by river and downpours. Traffic was troubled because of narrow carriageway.

Reconstruction of quay started in July 2004. Less than for 1.5 years road-builders constructed wall, changed pavement and developed sidewalks. Now the speed of traffic at quay with 6 rows will increase to 80 km/h.
