Giuliana Rancic is ready for baby number two The E! News anchor - who welcomed her first child, Edward Duke with husband Bill Rancic into the world via gestational surrogate in September in Denver, Colorado - is eager to give her son a sibling and is hoping for a baby girl.

She told Life & Style magazine: "We`ve got a few embryos on ice. They`re ready to go. A lot of people have one kid and it`s enough. But for us, we`re just having so much fun that we`d love to have another child."
The couple - who tied the knot in September 2007 - struggled to conceive for four years and during Giuliana`s third attempt to get pregnant through IVF her doctor discovered she had breast cancer. But she is now cancer-free following a double mastectomy.

The 37-year-old presenter admitted she would consider using the same gestational surrogate, Delphine, again to expand their family.

She said: "We`d have to go down the surrogacy path again. Thankfully, before I went on my medication, we did another round of [in vitro fertilization], so we have embryos ready to go."

The couple recently revealed plans to broadcast Edward`s birth on their reality TV show `Giuliana and Bill`.
They originally said they wanted his birth to be private but have now decided to follow in the footsteps of Kourtney Kardashian by including their home video camera footage of his birth in their show.
