The `G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra` actor - who filed for divorce from his wife of eight years Kimberly Buffington-Quaid late last month just six weeks after she announced their legal separation - has jetted off on a New Year`s break with a stunning blonde.

According to the MailOnline, the 58-year-old actor whisked his new lady friend out of the country after they arrived together at Los Angeles International Airport on 28.12.12.

The duo are said to have attempted to keep a low profile and kept their distance until passing through the security area in the airport.

The actor - who was previously married to actresses Meg Ryan and P.J. Soles - filed papers to end his third marriage on November 30, and has requested joint physical and legal custody of his four-year-old twins Thomas and Zoe with Kimberly.

He has also offered to pay spousal support.

Former real estate agent Kimberly originally filed for divorce in March because she said the marriage had "become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities."

She later asked for their divorce to be put on hold in April to give them time to work on their marriage but then filed for a formal separation in October.

A source connected with the couple revealed the reason for the renewed split was that "Kimberly is fed up with Dennis` cheating and wants out of the marriage. He`s not a good husband."
