The `Twilight Saga` beauty has finally persuaded her boyfriend to practise jigs such as the Waltz, Paso Doble and the Cha Cha with her, and while he has been "having a lot of fun" learning new skills on the dance floor, he is "terrible" at it.

A pal of Kristen`s told the Daily Star newspaper: "Rob is the first to admit he`s a terrible dancer. But Kristen has been trying for ages to persuade him to have lessons with her and he`s finally caved in.

"The pair have already had a couple of lessons with a private instructor and have been practising their moves at Kristen`s mum`s house in Malibu, California, where they are currently staying.

"They`re having a lot of fun so far."

The couple - who briefly split last year after Kristen admitted she had cheated on Robert with her `Snow White and the Huntsman` director Rupert Sanders - have previously shown some moves on the dance floor while on dates together.

Last year, the pair enjoyed a night out at a Johnny Flynn concert in Los Angeles, where they indulged in some public displays of affection and danced the night away.

A source said at the time: "They were holding hands, they kissed, they rested on each other and there was light dancing too."

In 2010, Robert and Kristen performed a short dance for their fans on their hotel balcony in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, where they were filming honeymoon scenes for 2011 fantasy movie `The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1`.
