A resident of Arkhangelsk, suspected in the crime against the federal judge of Oktyabrsk district can be sentenced to three years imprisonment.

The incident happened last Wednesday, November 9. An aged man, unsatisfied with the court decision about housing question made three shots with an air-operatid pistol in the cabinet of the judge.

As officials of Public Office Prosecutor informed the judge hasn?t been hurt. The offender was detained at the place of crime. After finding out all the details and motives, the violator was released as soon as he gave a written undertaking not to leave the city.
