Bruce Willis is offering a $1-million reward for anyone who turns in "Al-Qaeda" terrorist Osama bin Laden.

The actor, who famously offered the same award for the capture of Saddam Hussein, says he has made the generous reward because he wants to live in a safe world.

The 50-year-old said, although he is not allowed to offer the award to the military, he would definitely hand over the cash to a civilian who shopped the infamous terrorist.

"I want to live in a world - and so do the Iraqi people - where they can move from their homes to the market and not have to fear being killed. Doesn`t everybody want that? Who doesn`t want that?"

When asked if he would offer $1-million for the capture of Bin Laden or one of his accomplices he said: "Yes I would".

Meanwhile Green Day are reportedly making a movie based on their anti-war album, American Idiot.

The stars, who passionately disagreed with the Iraq war, have met with movie bosses to start shooting the film next year.

Singer Billie Joe Armstrong said: "Because this is the worst US administration in our history, and disasters like Hurricane Katrina and the war have been so mishandled, it reflects the message of American Idiot, which makes our planned movie more relevant than ever."
