Festival of Israeli cinema started in Moscow On Monday evening ceremony of Israeli cinema Week in Moscow was held in Moscow Central actor house named after Yablochkina.

Official part was opened by Israeli Ambassador in Moscow Arkadi Mil-Man, executive director of Israeli cinema fund Katriel Shkhori and Mark Rudenshtein.

As Israeli Ambassador announced, cinema festival will be "a great opportunity for Russian people to get acquainted with way of life, problems and cultural traditions of Israel, to feel beat of its pulse".

Program includes 6 new Israeli films - "Left turn at the end of the world", "Light", "Syrian bride", "Columbian love" and "Stars of Shlomi". Those films are loved by Israeli audience and are awarded at various international festivals.

Moscow week opens IV festival of Israeli cinema in Russia which will last till the end of year. For the first time work of Israeli cinematographers will see citizens of St. Petersburg, Samara, Novosibirsk and Yekaterinburg.
