The lawyer for the victims of the Moscow hostage siege in Dubrovka in 2002 has demanded the investigation of marauding facts,
that, he says, took place after special forces stormed the building.
Trunov published the declaration of Moscow office of public prosecutor in Wednesday morning, in which it declared the fact the first time. Trunov explained that document was delivered to the relatives of Maxim Mikhailov who died in the theatre in accordance with the law.

There was information in case papers that $254 and 3150 rubles were founded while examination Mikhailov?s body. But the relatives did not receive money when they got personal belongings.

The lawyer demands to investigate about 50 cases of marauding after the tragedy in the theatre.

"It seems that whoever happens to be there pillaged while the whole counter-terrorist operation. So many people received naked bodies of their relatives", - said Trunov.
