Claim about tortures in military unit, which guard Leningrad atomic station, was received by right protection organization "Soldier mothers of St. Petersburg".

Mother of soldier Puskov appealed to the office. Her son did military service at unit N 3705. After numerous floggings part of soldiers left unit by own will. One of them reached organization "Soldier mothers". The rest, as right protectors inform, are tortured in order to find out where the escaped soldier is. Information about this incident was handed to prosecutor of Ministry of Interior Affairs, who visited this unit for 2 times, but command of unit refuses from co-operation in solving of this problem.
