Storm warning was declared in Novgorod region. On the night of Saturday and forenoon of 26 November heavy snowfall is expected in region.

Weather forecasters predict falling of triple norm of precipitation - within 14-15 mm. Snowfall is expected because of a cyclone which is moving from Belarus north regions towards Russian north-west regions.

Plentiful snowfall was registered in Novgorod region at 18-19 November. 115 transmission facilities and about 1800 transforming stations were disabled, about 1500 settlements left without power supply. Damages of snow-storm were more than 3 m rubles. Damage results were not cleared until now.
