The meeting of Moscow and All-Russian Patriarchy Alexy II and the head of papal council the cardinal Renato Martino scheduled earlier will not be held.

"The meeting was cancelled for technical reasons", - said the representative from press-cutting service who referred to information received from representative office of Saint altar in Russian Federation.

The cardinal R. Martino is now in Russia. He took part in the international conference devoted to social doctrine of Rome-Catholic church the day before which was held in St. Petersburg. As it is expected the cardinal will present Russian translation of "Compendium of social doctrine of Catholic church" 1 December in Central home of artists in Moscow.
