St. Petersurg football team "Zenith" played to draw with Turkish "Beshiktash" with score 1:1 and passed to UEFA Cup play-off.

Independent from results of other games "Zenith" took second place in a group and in spring stage, according to UEFA Cup regulations, will play with a team, which didn`t pass to play-off of Champion`s League.

According to official site of UEFA, host team attacked gates of guests as game has just started and in the middle of first period Ibrakhim Akyn opened the score. Meanwhile, Petersburg team restored balance quickly by efforts of Alexander Gorshkov. During the second period guests kept favorable score.

Russia has got to 9-th place of UEFA index table because of "Zenith?s" draw. Therefore, one Russian team has right to pass to group tournament directly.
