Russian Tamerlan Tmenov became the winner of absolute European judo championship for prizes of Russian president, which took place in Moscow theater of Russian army.

In final duel Tmenov defeated 3-times world champion Alexander Mikhailin.

"I am glad to become the champion, especially at home. I participate in this tournament for first time and very pleased with the result", - said judoist in interview.

In female competitions French Anna-Sophia Mond`e with minimum advantage defeated Russian Teya Dongzuashbili. It is second title of French sportswoman in absolute European championship.
