" We will not interfere in politics. But I dream that Europe decides the problem with Ukraine before the start of the world Cup qualifiers-2018. I hope that the status of the owner of the world championship will have a positive impact on the country, forcing to improve the image on the international arena, " Blatter is quoted Le Temps.
