By 16:00 more than 25% of Moscow citizens voted in election centers of capital. Therefore, necessary 20% barrier, necessary for declaration of election valid, has been passed.

Muscovites choose 35 delegates of Moscow City Duma, 15 of them are elected by single member constituency, and 20 - by party lists.

As a reminder in election following political parties are registered: "Unified Russia", CPRF, Russian party of life, Liberal-Democratic political party, "Free Russia", Party of social justice, Russian ecological party "Green", "National will" and "Yabloko".

Attendance of additional elections to State Duma at 199 Preobrazhensky and 201 University single member constituencies of Moscow by 12:00 amounted to 9.17% and 7.08%, correspondingly. This was informed by Moscow City Election Committee.

Moscow Office of Public Prosecutor provides legality of election process. All complaints on violations in election centers are investigated.

At present moment there were several signals about violations. In particular, one elector noticed that in election center of Northern election district several ballots were put in electronic ballot-box at one moment. Office of Public Prosecutor investigates this case.

It should be mentioned that mayor of Moscow Yurii Luzhkov, who voted in election center N173, expressed the hope that election to Moscow City Duma will be valid and reveal preferences of citizens.
