according to the press service of the President of Georgia, the Georgian delegation includes Deputy head of the Parliament Zviad Dzidziguri, head of Parliament's foreign relations, Tedo Japaridze, Georgian Ambassador to Ukraine Mikhail Ukleba, Secretary of state security Council Irina Imerlishvili, head of administration of the President Lasha Abashidze, the President's Advisor in matters of international relations Ivane Machavariani and the parliamentary Secretary of the President David Pataraia.
the head of Georgia and the Prime Minister discussed the issues of bilateral relations and stressed the necessity of further deepening. Giorgi Margvelashvili have paid my respects Arseniy Yatsenyuk with the successful holding of presidential elections. Analysis of the President of Georgia, the Ukrainian people have shown the strong will and proved that may make a single, strong, free and democratic European country. According to Giorgi Margvelashvili, Ukraine must continue the process of European integration, to take a worthy place in the European family.
The parties came to an agreement about the future deepening of cooperation. Arseniy Yatsenyuk expressed gratitude Giorgi Margvelashvili for the support of territorial integrity of Ukraine.
at the meeting discussed and events in Abkhazia. Giorgi Margvelashvili thanked the Ukrainian government for support in the UN decisions on refugees from Georgia, which the UN General Assembly adopted 5 June.
