Zurabov: the factor of Crimea will be of secondary importance in the negotiations of Ukraine and Russia
Russian Ambassador to Ukraine Mikhail Zurabov believes that the Factor of Crimea will be steadily in all Russian-Ukrainian talks, but as secondary.
