OSCE: water delivery in Crimea through the North-Crimean channel is blocked
Water supply to the Crimea through the North-Crimean channel in practice stopped temporary dam, said the Observers from the Organization for security and co-operation in the European Union (OSCE) on the results of their inspections, Kherson region, reported in the daily report of the mission.
