Despite arrangements, authorities of Korean People`s Deomcratic Republic didn`t release Russian motor ship "Ternei". By unestablished reasons, there is no communication with the ship.

Earlier, on December 10, it was informed that negotiations of Russian consul general with local authorities on release of arrested Russian motor ship in North Korean port Kim Chak are close to favorable end. But case didn`t move from the dead spot. Meanwhile, crew of Russian ship has problems with food supply.

As a reminder, motor ship "Ternei", owned by Russian company from Vladivostok, was detained by frontier guards on December 5 for entering of North Korean territorial waters. "Ternei" delivered buses from South Korean town Pusan to Vladivostok.

The ship got into storm and captain tried to escape from foul weather in territorial waters of North Korea without warning of authorities. Patrol ship came to "Ternei" shooting to air. After that North Korean soldiers boarded on Russian ship.
