Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov sent in his resignation to Vladimir Putin, explaining it by his health problems.
The question is not about so called "diplomatic disease", Fradkov has got some health problems indeed, told well-informed source, close to Russian government. The Russian Government press-cutting service refused to comment Mikhail Fradkov?s possible resignation, referring to null information.
