"Chekhovskaya" station of Serpukovsko-Timiryazevskaya subway line has became scene of a tragedy. Young woman committed suicide as Anna Karenina, a famous heroine of Leo Tolstoy`s novel, did. She jumped under train of Moscow metropolitan in presence of frightened and shocked passengers.

As witnesses of tragedy informed, a woman calmly waited for train, following towards "Czvetnoi Boulevard" station, with the rest of the people. But as train has approached, suicide jumped directly under wheels of electric train. Attempt of suicide was successful: woman died on place of accident.

At present moment traffic on Serpukhovo-Timiryazevskaya line from "Chekhovskaya" station to "Altufevo" station is completely stopped. Huge crowd has gathered at place of accident. Train, under which wheels woman has found the death, stands on "Chekhovskaya" station.
