" The Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatseniuk has ordered the relevant ministries, the Leadership of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine and regional state administrations to pass to the plan for operation of the energy industry, which provides for the suspension of gas supplies by the Russian Federation Monday, according to the report. The leadership of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine and the Minister of justice of Ukraine requested to complete the process of preparing for the protection of the interests of Ukraine in relations between NJSC " Naftogaz of Ukraine " and " Gazprom " in the Stockholm arbitration court, RIA " Novosti ". The Prime Minister also appealed to the Leadership of the National Commission of regulation of electric power industry on economically justified tariffs for the transportation of Russian natural gas through the territory of Ukraine.
