Criminal proceedings on the fact of attack in the early winter of the last year on the Ukrainian journalist Tatyana Chornovil aimed to court, informs the Prosecutor General of Ukraine on the last working day of the week.

" the court is aimed Criminal proceedings relative to 2 persons, which caused traumas and wounds, an activist of the Maidan Tatyana Chornovil, " informs the GPU referring to the Acting Prosecutor General Aleh Magnitnogo.

As explained by the Prosecutor General, of beating correspondent accused the two men, now both of them are under arrest.

on the night of 25 December a well-known journalist Chornovil, who was riding in his car, was beaten by the men who followed her all the way from Borispol to Kiev. The police have opened a Criminal case under clause " hooliganism ", was later added another article about grievous bodily injury, which provides for more severe punishment. As part of the investigation were caught five people.

first of Chornovil was engaged in journalistic investigations relatively high position of bureaucrats and took part in oppositional rallies.
