In Soviet district of Orel town 2 policemen in uniform of patrol service have stopped a passer-by near university`s library.

One of policemen subjected the man to examination, after which a mobile phone at the cost of 14 thousands rubles was missing. Involved in crime persons are detained, investigation has started.
