Military police of the Ministry of defense of the Russian Federation on Thursday officially appeared on the Crimean Peninsula, said the head of the main Department of the military police of the Russian defense Ministry Colonel Igor Sidorkevich.

The President of the Russian Federation centuries Putin signed a law providing for the activities of the military police of the RF armed forces in February of the current year. As stated before, this body is intended to protect the rights of soldiers, civilian personnel, to provide in the armed forces of legality, law and order and military discipline, as well as road safety and protection of IDF soldiers.
