During last day 2 soldiers of service for a fixed period have died, informed the source in United troops headquarters in North Caucasus.

"Dead body of a soldier from 70-th motorized shooting regiment of 42-th motorized division was found near Hatuni village of Vedensky district in Chechnya while changing of guards at observation post".

By tentative data, the soldier from Omskaya oblast was killed by sniper shot at head. "Weapon and armament was on place, there were no signs of struggle", - was noted in headquarters.

In Kurchaloi village serviceman from Lipezk was killed by accident shot at the head from fixed submachine gun while checking armament depots. By tentative data, the shot took place when the soldier was occupying rifle-pit during the trainings. Serviceman died at the spot.

Meanwhile, serviceman from Interior troops was injured in Chechnya at federal highway "Caucasus" as a result of shooting.

Incident took place on bridge over Jalka river. When automobile "Niva" was passing the bridge, strangers opened the fire from automatic. Serviceman got wounds and was hospitalized to "Severnyi" hospital, where necessary medical help was provided.

Office of Prosecutor of Shalinsky district instituted criminal proceedings. Search of persons, involved in the accident, started.
