According to the adopted law, the financing of acts performed in order to change the borders of the territory or of the state border shall be punishable by imprisonment for a term from 3 to 5 years, with confiscation of property. Along with this, the financing of actions committed to violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order or seizure of state power " will be punished for a term from 5 to 7 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property.
