The former MENATEP head Platon Lebedev?s lawyers have submitted a supervisory complaint to the judgment of conviction.
"We ask to discharge the court order and close the case", said the lawyer Eugenia Baru, representing Lebedev?s interests.
Former chief of the oil company YUKOS Mikhail Khodorkovsky, and his business partner Platon Lebedev are sentenced to eight years of imprisonment with service of sentence in minimum-security penal colonies.
