The publishing house "Commersant" board of directors assigned Demian Kudryavtsev to director general post of "Commersant" on Tuesday.
The Board of directors satisfied resignation of the former director general Vladimir Lensky before assignation of Kudryavtsev, informed Yuly Dubov, the Board of directors member.
Besides, Dubov said that Lensky entered the new Board of directors, elected at the special publishing house "Commersant ?stockholders` meeting, held a day before.
"There are no other special changes in the Board of directors. We are meting on January, 10 to elect a new chairman", said the official.
He also informed, that the Board of directors discussed 2005 budget performance, and a project of 2006 budget.
