Pushkov has assessed the possible loss of Ukraine to sign agreement with EU
The signing of the Treaty on the Union in the European Union may lead to Ukraine losing 40 billion dollars only for the closest, the head of the Department of the state Duma on international Affairs Alexei Pushkov.
" The main problem Vsplyvaet in connection with the signing of the economic part of the agreement about unification with the European Union, is that Ukraine will not be able to sell their products on the Russian market on the same terms as before, " said Pushkov " Interfax ". He added that " in case Russia will take protective measures on its border, Ukraine may lose from 30 to 40 billion dollars only for the coming year ". Before the last working day of the week the head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, head of the European Commission Jose Manuel Barroso and the head of the European Council Herman van Rompuy in Brussels signed the economic part of the agreement about the Union, which called for the establishment of a free trade zone between Ukraine and the EU. Signatures on agreements unity with the EU also put Authorized Moldova and Georgia. Before that, foreign Minister S. Lavrov Century said that Russia is ready to consultations with Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia in connection with the imminent signing of these countries to the Treaty on the Union with the European Union, while Russia is ready to introduce protective measures in accordance with the rules of the world trade organization.
