In summer the practical realization of the project of pipeline construction through Pacific ocean will start, informed Vladimir Putin.

Performing a speech in Yakutsk, Russian president said that all agreements about pipeline construction will be reached by April. During first stage the pipeline will extend till Skovorodino.

"We will start the practical realization of the project in summer" - said Putin.
