The Association agreement with the EU is a tool of preparation for future membership of Ukraine in the European Union, said on the last working day of the week the head of the Ukrainian country Petro Poroshenko.

The EU and Ukraine at the conference in Brussels signed the economic part of the agreement on Union with the EU. The political part was signed in March of the current year. It is assumed that the FTA will start work this autumn after ratification by the Ukrainian Parliament, the foreign Ministry of Ukraine hopes that the country's Parliament in July ratifies the agreement on Association with the EU.
