The head of the OSCE PA Ranco Krivokapic tried to convince parliaments of Russia and Ukraine to establish a dialogue and relations to resolve the fall in Ukraine.

" We believe that the Russian Duma and the Verkhovna Rada (Ukraine) have to find understanding. Parliamentary diplomacy can help make the atmosphere of trust, " said Krivokapic at the opening of the regular session of PA OSCE in Baku.

He said that the crisis in Ukraine is " the Danger of undermining all of the achievements of the OSCE in Europe and the world ".
