at the meeting of the Yaroslavl regional Duma discussed the issue on making changes to the regional law on the budget for the year 2014 and for the planned period 2015 and 2016. The MPs supported a number of initiated by the Governor of changes, which include increased the reserve Fund by 54 million rubles due to the need to ensure stay on the square of the region's internally displaced persons from Ukraine. However, as emphasized, the increase of the reserve Fund will not lead to increase of deficiency of the regional budget. The sum will be allocated at the expense of redistribution of allocations.
