Kamchatsky regional Office of Public Prosecutor addressed representation to governor Mikhail Mashkovez and chairman of Popular Delegate`s Council Nikolai Tokmantsev, where it demands to eliminate law violations in several clauses of Kamchatsky budget-2006. This was informed by head assistant of public prosecutor Elena Mikhaleva.

By her words, Office of Prosecutor insists that several articles of budget disagree with federal legislation. "For example, main claims of prosecutor lie in insufficient amount of public security police financing. In budget-2006 financing of this goal is provided only for 4 months. Application about declaration of separate clauses of budget invalid and unliable to use has been already addressed to regional court. This application will be examined by court in near future", - said Mikhaleva.
