The Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation regretted that Kiev did not want to accept the Declaration on placing of OSCE observers at the Russian-Ukrainian border.

According to a report from the Russian Ministry of foreign Affairs, around midnight on 30 June had a telephone conversation with Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov with his colleagues from Germany, France and Ukraine Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Laurent Fabius and Pavlo Klimkin.
