The European Union appreciates the readiness of Russia to allow OSCE observers to the border with Ukraine and influence militia, said the head of the EU delegation in the Russian capital Vygaudas Usackas.

" We are positive about the training, which was expressed by the Minister S. Lavrov Century yesterday, preparedness to allow border guards of both Ukraine and authorized the OSCE on the border, preparedness to influence militias. By itself, it is important that these desires were fulfilled on the ground, " the EU official said at a press conference in the Russian capital.
