Rada not allowed to give up to 49% of the operator GTS investors in the United States and the EU
The Ukrainian Parliament has rejected a draft law that would have allowed the government to make the operator of the gas transportation system (GTS) of the country in which to 49% could get investors from the US and the EU.
The document was supported by only 170 people's deputies with the required minimum of 226 votes.
