First vice-premier of Chechen government Ramzan Kadyrov advocates for official permission of polygamy in republic.

"It is necessary in Chechnya because we are at war and there are more women than men according to statistics", - said Kadyrov.

By words of Kadyrov, because of military actions in Chechnya number of women by 9-18% exceeds number of men.

"Man can marry 4 women if he is able to provide the family, - said first Chechen vice-premier. - I welcome this initiative". Ramzan Kadyrov has 5 children - 4 daughters and 1 son, born in November of 2005.

Kadyrov also informed that he keeps tiger, lion, wolf and bear at home in Zentoroy settlement. "Animals were presented by friends. If Zoo opens in Groznyy, I will give them away", - he said.
