15-year old resident of Tipnery village of Cheboksary region knifed father, trying to defend mother from violence.

By data of press-service of Chuvash Ministry of Interior Affairs, at night of January 11 the head of family returned home drunk and started quarrel with wife. At first he punched the woman and then took the knife.

The daughter rushed on defence of mother. During fight the knife got in the arms of the girl. In police the girl said that doesn`t remember how she hit father by knife. By her words, she was frightened that father would kill mother.

From obtained knife wound 39-year old man died at the spot. Policemen consider the family as unfortunate. The murder is categorized as committed in state of affect.
