remember, the previous agreement with the Republic of Crimea was concluded in 2010 between the government of the Kurgan region (Russian Federation) and the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (Ukraine). All contracts provide that the parties will cooperate in the spheres of science, education, culture, art, state protection of objects of cultural heritage, tourism and sports, health, social protection and employment of residents, youth and family policy, interaction of Executive authorities with non-governmental, non-profit organizations and a number of other areas.
in addition, within its competence, the Kurgan region, the regions, with which it has signed agreements that will facilitate the establishment and expansion of business contacts between small and medium-sized businesses.
