Turchynov: militia will either be killed or sentenced for life
The head of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov informed that the militiamen of the breakaway Lugansk and Donetsk national republics must be killed or permanently go to jail.

in his inaugural speech, the head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko promised an early release from condemnation to those participants in the confrontation in the East of the country who have not committed serious crimes.
