On January 24 Center of psychological help under Russian Emergency Ministry sets up "hot line" in Moscow for people in crisis situation.

The number of "hot line" - (495) 926-37-07. At first stage the service will operate only on working days from 9:00 to 18:00 but later on "hot line" will function on a twenty-four hour basis.

Center of psychological support was organized in 2003. It was informed that officials will provide urgent psychological help to people, who became victims of disasters, and will constantly accompany rescuers during rescue operations.
