General secretary of UNO Kofi Annan "watches closely" on negotiations of Russia and Iran about nuclear problem.

This was announced by head of UNO press-service Stephan Dujarrik. He considers Moscow reports about Iranian consent to Russian suggestion about mutual enterprise of uranium enrichment formation on Russian territory as encouraging.

General secretary "appeals to Iranian side to stop investigations of nuclear fuel creation". Annan supports discussion of Teheran nuclear program within the frames of MAGATE. General secretary discussed this issue during telephone conversation with general director of the agency Mohammed al-Baradei.

On Wednesday secretary of Supreme Council of Iranian National Security Ali Laridjani announced that Teheran positively estimates Russian suggestion about mutual enterprise of uranium enrichment formation.

"We appreciate this suggestion. The plan can be improved during forth-coming negotiations in February", - said Laridjani during press-conference in Moscow.
