In the view of severe frost pupils of 1-7 grades will not attend school in Tumen.

As city administration of education has informed air temperature in Tumen is -32 degrees centigrade on Friday morning.

"Lessons are cancelled according to parameters established by Center of State Sanitary-epidemiologic inspection of Tumen", - informed the source.

By his words, parameters of extreme air temperature for lessons` cancellation in educational institutions have been changed in Tumen.

"Pupils of elementary school will not attend schools if air temperature falls below 23 degrees centigrade and wind rate is stronger than 2 meters per second, children up to 9-th grade - below 27 degrees, up to 11-th grade - below 32 degrees of frost. If wind rate exceeds 2 meters per second then threshold of school non-attendance increases by 5 degrees".
